l'eau Muskoka wants you to love your purchase, but sometimes it  isn’t exactly what you expected. Let us help fix that.
Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return/exchange:

*  Lingerie 

*  Bathing suits

*  Jewellery

*  Towels

*  bath products / oils

*  all merchandise on sale

Items purchased from l'eau Muskoka  may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt of items provided they have all the tags and are in their original, sellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse the return as we deem necessary.

All discounted items are final sale -- they may not be returned or exchanged. You own it.

International orders are final sale. No returns or no exchanges. 

PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. If your package gets lost in transit in either direction, we will try to assist you in tracking it, but once proof of delivery is generated or if the package is not recovered, you are fully responsible. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package for the full value.
